We have gathered the questions people actually ask — including the ones they would rather not ask out loud. If something is unclear, better you know it before you decide.
- If it is cheaper, how do I know it is trustworthy?
- The price is low because the cost of treatment abroad is low — not because something is cut. We work only with professional, modern clinics, and the offer price is built on the clinic's price list plus our coordination, in full transparency. You see exactly what you are paying for.
- Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
- The clinic's medical team is responsible for the treatment itself. We are responsible for the guidance, the coordination and the warranty — which includes flying you back to the clinic if needed. One coordinator in your language is with you from start to finish, and stays reachable after you are home.
- Are you dentists?
- No. We do not perform the treatment. It is done by the medical team of a professional, modern clinic abroad, which we officially represent. We coordinate, accompany, and make sure everything happens as agreed.
- Where is the treatment done?
- At professional, modern clinics in Romania or Georgia. Romania is inside the European Union, and Georgia is an established medical-travel destination. In Israel there are supporting clinics for consultation and follow-up — but the treatment itself is done abroad.
- How long do I need to be abroad?
- It depends on the plan. Sometimes one visit of 4–5 days; sometimes two visits of up to 7 days each, with at least four and a half months between them. Your offer states it precisely.
- How do I pay, and to whom?
- A deposit is transferred to us and deducted from the total. The rest is split across the visits and paid directly to the clinic. It is all written in the offer in advance.
- Is there a warranty?
- Yes. The warranty applies from the moment you enter the clinic, and includes flying you back if needed. On a crown, abutment and implant — five years. The full warranty terms are set out per treatment type.
- What is included in the price?
- The treatment per the plan, the hotel, and transfers from the airport and between the hotel and the clinic. Sometimes the flight too, depending on the deal. A companion who joins pays a symbolic price for the hotel. What is included is stated in the offer explicitly.
- Is it safe?
- The treatment is done at professional, modern clinics by a qualified medical team. Like any medical treatment it carries risks — and the team explains them before each step. We do not guarantee outcomes; we do make sure you get the information and the support to decide with your eyes open.
