For anxious patients

Fear of dental treatment is common, and valid

Many people put off treatment they need, sometimes for years, because of anxiety. We will not try to convince you it is nothing. Instead, here is exactly what we do so that the part within our control — the guidance, the language, the pace — is as easy as it can be.

What helps, and what is in your hands

You are never alone

One coordinator in your language is with you — from the airport pickup, through the waiting room, to the moment you leave. There is no point at which you face a foreign team in a language you do not follow.

You understand each step in advance

Before each step you are told what is about to happen and why. Anxiety grows when you do not know what is coming; it shrinks when you do.

Translation throughout the consultation

Everything the dentist says is translated for you in real time. A question you did not ask because it was hard to phrase in a foreign language will not be left open.

Sedation options are decided with the medical team

If the idea of sedation matters to you, it is raised with the clinic's medical team in advance. They decide what is right for you medically — and we make sure the question is asked, not forgotten.

The pace is yours

You can pause, ask, take a moment. You are not on a production line. The first introductory conversation is by phone, free and with no commitment — precisely so you can get a feel for it before you decide.

We start with a conversation, not a chair

The first step is a short phone call. No scan, no clinic, no pressure — just to talk, to ask, and to see whether it suits you.
